| Product Description |
| When we ship, the (Oleo) arms have holes to accept the brake assembly. If it is not drilled (in some types), kindly follow the procedure below for drilling.
Initially, mark a point on the Oleo Arm, 16mm from the centre of the wheel Axle and drill a hole of 3.2mm (up to 3.5mm). Then, insert the brake assembly in the axle and lock the screw with the hole in the Oleo Arm, so that the brake assembly will not move. After this, insert the brake shoe in the assembly with the two locating guides. Then, insert the wheel assembly and fix it with the lock nut, in a way that the wheel moves freely without and any friction.
A suitable servo is connected to operate the Brake actuator. The servo is connected to the brake channel of the receiver.
First, pull the actuators control rod completely to the maximum outside limit and slightly unscrew the bleeding screw in the brake assembly. Then, brake oil is pumped through the inlet valve in the actuator, using a suitable squeeze bottle or some other suitable device. (We have provided a Syringe) when the tubes are filled, oil will come out of the bleeding hole of the brake assembly. Make sure that there are no air bubbles in the tube and tighten the bleeding screw. If air persists, eliminate it by inducing more oil. When oil is filled without air bubbles, remove the oil pumping tube from the actuator.
Operate the brake servo several times so that it operates smoothly.
Your Brake System is now ready for operation.
